There are so many fantastic activities along the Fleurieu Coast. You can snorkel the crystal clear waters of Second Valley, ride a horse along Normanville Beach, hike the trails at Deep Creek Conservation Park or just relax on the beach at Carrickalinga.

Pristine beaches
Experience some of the best beaches in the world only metres from your front door. There are a range of other beaches only a short drive away along the Fleurieu Coast to explore and swim in as well.

Country Pubs
You have the choice of two local pubs in the area, both with a good selection of pub grub and beers to choose from. The Normie Pub is only a few 100 metres to walk to, and the Yank Pub offers a driving pick up and drop off service if you need a lift to and from the house.

Local shopping
Normanville and Yankalilla townships offer a variety of supermarkets and secondhand shops where you can buy books, antique furniture and variety of bric a brac.

Abundant wildlife
The Fleurieu Coast is home to many native animals including six species of kangaroos, rose-breasted cockatoo or galahs, shingleback lizards dolphines and the hooded plover, who nest on Normanville Beach in a protected area.
